Incoming Shipment
It’s been almost a month since our last update. While things have been quiet here, a lot has been happening behind the scenes... so here’s a quick update with the latest news:
Our next batch is getting ready to ship by the end of next week! This includes backers who pledged for any single or multipack of TOONS, the Oval, and the Figure-8 ROADWORKS rewards.
That covers about half of you!

For everyone else, including Rollercoasters and SuperPacks, thank you so much for your patience and support. We’re happy to share that your orders are on the way, too. The current ETA is the second half of March, and we’ll share a more precise timeline as we get closer.

Surveys being sent!
Thank you all so much for your patience, surveys are being sent as we speak! The sending will happen gradually, so give it time to land in your inbox, we will post here when all surveys have been sent! The process will take up to 48 hrs.
What to look out for:
We’re after three main types of info, so please make sure you complete all the steps:
- Address - Obvs, crucial piece of info.
- For those of you who picked either “Single Car” or “Four-Car Pack”, now is the time to select which variant you wish to pick. Options are easy and self-explanatory! No other rewards come with variants, so that’s easy.

Confirm or Change your pledge. How does this work? The pledge that you selected during the campaign (and cc charged by Kickstarter by now) means you will have that item(s) pre-selected as you enter the Pledge Manager for a specific $ amount, which includes shipping estimates. As of now, until you reconfirm it, you may still make some changes, but only for a same or higher value (no refunds are possible). For example, if you selected the $7 “Single Toon” during the campaign, you can now change to, say, one of the the 4-Car Packs.
- You can also add to your pledge from the many Add-ons available, beyond what you already selected during the campaign. For example, during the campaign, it was not possible to combine two reward tiers—just tacking on some add-ons to one of the tiers. Well, in Pledge Manager, that is possible! So, for example, you can get the Mega Loop in addition to the Oval Speedway if the Oval was your initial Pledge.
- These are all offered at sweet Holiday discounts, so you may want to take advantage now. For example: If you selected The Oval Speedway as the main reward, but want to make it into a Figure-8, add the 60°-pack and The Bridge and voilà! You have the Figure-8.
Shipping charges
We did our best to estimate shipping costs during the campaign, and your pledge should include that for most folks. However, there will be some edge cases and once the actual address is provided, we may need to add a bit to that charge, since the possible combinations of weight, size, zip, country etc. are impossible to foresee.
TAX and VAT
We do not have the ability to collect VAT (or Canadian GST, etc.) so those charges are each backer’s responsibility. For example, if you are in the EU, and have ordered goods from the US before, you know the drill: Your country’s customs will likely charge VAT on the whole estimated parcel value, no matter what we declare, and it will include the value of shipping costs. Yup, steep. The bottom line is this needs to be paid upon arrival, so be on the lookout for an email or phone call from your local carrier - which is why providing us with accurate info is critical. We cannot track and monitor individual international parcels once they left our warehouse and tracking is showing movement. Calling UPS or FedEx these days is not something that will yield results. We wish we had a better way, but this is the situation in 2025 AD.
Expedited $19 charge for Holiday Rush
As of now, we can 100% confirm that at least two tiers will get this pledge delivered in time for Santa: The Jump Set and one of the 4-car Packs. Please stay tuned on the rest - still wrangling the production and shipping steps. We're working hard to make all other rewards available for the same ship date.
